Hi guys Long time lurker here, deciding to jump in and communicate!

I believe a brief introduction is neccessary (<- I'm never sure how to spell that...)

I'm Charlotte, I'm 20 years old and I'm a student doing Psychology at University in Wales in the UK

I love both Gaslight and The Horrible Crowes, and aside from my massive final year dissertation and listening to their music I like to spend many an hour playing video games, shooting zombies and quashing Goomba's with my mighty plumber's boots.

By shooting zombies yes I do mean Left4Dead, also Left4Dead 2, Dead Island, any Resident Evil, Dead Rising 1 & 2, House of the Dead 1, 2 & 3, Killing Floor, Red Dead Redemption - Undead Nightmare... I think that about covers it... I've never played Dead Space or the Call of Duty zombie mode thing though.

I have only watched the first episode of The Walking Dead recently, I like it but I never get time to just sit down and watch stuff really.

As for other video games, I like literally any games, I have an Xbox 360 at home and my Nintendo Wii with me at University, I own most major releases, except for the CoD or Battlefield series, my brother just bought Batman Arkham City, can't wait to play that when I next go home. Also a massive fan of anything Nintendo, hence the Wii (Special red one too, for Mario's 25th Anniversary last year), looking forward to the new Legend of Zelda.

I've rambled enough lol, basically, I'm a massive nerd

Also, thanks for tip, I've always been a Firefox user, Google Chrome looks pretty cool!

what's a goomba?

If you've ever played any of the Mario or Super Mario games, a Goomba is the small brown mushroom shaped enemy, I would post a picture but as I'm new I'm not allowed for a few days, you can do a google image search though

I'm Shannon and I hate Goombas! I don't play many video games, mainly just the Mario ones on Wii (and before that every other Nintendo console). I like Yoshi. I also like psychology (I have a degree in education and took a few psychology classes in college. It has become an obsession!).

Also, I have finished all my assignments for a couple of weeks, there shall be muchos playing of Resident Evil, I'll get one my flatmates to multiplayer with me, kick some undead ass!

I suggest Dead Space....super scary. Same sort of control scheme as RE4. Also playing through RDR:UD as well, not as good as the actual game but still pretty fun.

Thanks, I love RDR:UD, but the music really creeps me out, they got the atmosphere just perfect, both UD and the original are brilliant, I'm still blown away by the graphics whenever riding through the desert

I'll definately look into Dead Space , it'll be much cheaper to pick up to I'm guessing.
