Looks like the itunes store added an itunes exclusive called Joey. Hopefully this will be a b-side to proper single release.

yeah that's weird; i guess they put up the Elsie pre-order just recently for us US fans. no previews though Neutral

im sure itll be a fine tune

yes. it was "album only" at first, but the song was made available for individual purchase once American Slang was released. so let's just wait and cross our fingers...

i guess i should try to get that 7" at some point...i didn't feel like dropping all that cash at the time.

also, i dont know about you guys but if i buy the vinyl i really don't feel bad about downloading an itunes exclusive track from mediafire.

I agree. I don't have a record player of my own and I think it's kinda redundant to get one just to be able to play one or two bonus tracks. I go to the shows, I buy the shirts, I buy the CDs and I dedicate my precious time to spreading the Gaslight/Fallon gospel to all my friends and strangers so I don't feel too guilty about downing a track for a change. Besides, I have the She Loves You 7" chilling on my desk although I can't play it and since I don't own anything Apple or iTunes, I'm double-screwed when it comes to the exclusives! ^^

Its a pretty nice version(didn't know it was a cover)

Violin,organ ect. Doesn't feel out of place at all

well, guess thats enough of a reason to buy the red vinyl eventhough ive got the black and cd coming in the mail.

it really makes me feel old to here people not know "joey" was a cover. i grew up on 80's music...to be young again...enjoy it all you young bux out there!!!
