Yes it is! Name is one of my favorite songs. I agree, everything before Let Love In is great. Not a big fan of the newer stuff.

It's sad, just seems like they write fomulaic pop songs now, without any real emotionally honesty to them...

i wasn't too into this from the 30sec previews other than mary ann but the 1:30 previews have changed my mind.

I love them! So excited for my deluxe bundle! anyone know if in the UK we'll get it on the 6th ish? or later because of the release? some places send them early so they get there in time

I haven't indulged and listened to every preview available yet but I think the best line I've heard is from Cherry Blossoms, "If I drove straight off this bridge/ only god and my baby would know." Pretty haunting stuff from Brian there.

Same here. I really like Ladykiller and Last Rites too. I Think Jesus Brought Us Together takes the cake though.

For some reason I find the line "I know a secret, everybody tell, who goes to heaven, who goes to hell" really cheap and predictable. The album is still amazing though.

I Think Jesus Brought Us Together is what I thought the entire album would be like. With all the drum loops and dark singing. I like the fact that the songs are a lot more diverse than on say the '59 sound, which still is a great Album.

Damn, these audio previews... It's a daily fight with myself not to listen to them. And all your comments about the songs make it pretty hard to resist, too. (u__u)

Yeah thats what i imagined as well... although when I first heard of the crowes I imagine a lot of songs like TGA she loves you for some reason
