I was considering doing a Ph.D in Anthropology at one point but now im looking at doing a masters in Social Work and becoming a qualified social worker (yeah I know not exactly the most like profession).

Cool the human aspects of geography are so varied and intresting in my final year I studied Social, Cultural, Political, Economic/Development and Transport geographies just to give you an idea of the breadth of the subject.

i'm going into grade 12 here in Edmonton. i have been planning to live with my folks for university, due to money reasons. i would be going to the local University of Alberta.

but my dad might be taking a job offer in Toronto, so i'm considering going there after i graduate high school here, and hopefully i could attend university of toronto. another possibility would be staying here, going to U of A, and living in student housing or something.

so that's my college situation. i want to go into business, wherever i go.

This reminds me of how strangely random my undergrad course topics were haha. One semester I had:

- Computing Data Structures
- Psych 101
- Meteorology
- Corporate Finance
- Art History 101
- Discrete Structures
- Tennis 101

well four of my six classes are my major class. the last two I listed are usless fun undergrad class but the first four are my important classes

Starting my second year of the bachelor in English Language and Culture in a week or two.

I don't quite know what on earth I am going to do when I'm finished but I guess I could always "fall back" on taking an extra teaching course of sorts since there always seem to be too few teachers around here. For now I'll just continue pumping out them essays on Tennyson and Shakespeare whilst attempting to get past the linguistics courses.

I also started looking into Graduate School...I wish it was little bit less expensive

I figured the first four were major-related. It's the Soccer and Climate Change that were kind of random, but with "core curriculum" standards at schools, it always winds up that way. It's funny how it's like that.

third week into school and I already have a paper due friday effff me.

ah man creative writing sounds fun.

I have a paper due tomorrow but I just wrote it in an hour. I'm a sophomore but somehow got stuck taking English 1000 now because my credit apparently didn't transfer after they told me it did last year.

I really want to take a creative writing course too. I've been writing formulaic essays my whole life.

I love the lectures. We were randomly asked to write a short poem about love. I read mine out loud and the ladies swooned. Or so I'd like to imagine.

I hate the papers though!

Starting my first year at Queen's Uni, Belfast in about 2wks or so, moving up there this weekend
