This is incomplete however, the first session of my Gaslight Anthem tattoo. I am 22 years old yet this is my first tattoo. I wanted to wait until I got out of some phases/ grew up a little in life, before I got tattooed. I just didn't want to end up like the 30 of my friends who have nautical stars/etc. on their arms, and 7 years later are saying... What on earth was I thinking? This tattoo was done in my hometown Beaumont TX, by tattoo artist Johnny Johno at Santa Fe Tattoo Parlor. The idea was based off of the flyer for the tour featuring Gaslight Anthem, Fake Problems and Rival Schools. This was also the first tour I had the pleasure of seeing The Gaslight Anthem perform for the first time. I am constantly inspired by this band. I am proud to have this on my arm to remind me of the impact their music has made at least during this stage of my life.

I've got a Gaslight-inspired "sink or swim" tat that I made the appointment for shortly before joining the forum last week. I'll post pictures as soon as the horrendous peeling/itching phase is over.
