What an awesome night! Brian played both my requests "Red At Night" and "Say I Won't" I wished they'd really tried for a Guinness Book Record and never stopped playing ;o) Here's the video of Red At Night

and the setlist (though I messed up the order of the encore): Setlist Vienna Arena
Any chance that someone recorded the gig???? PLEASE ....

It was such a great show! The fourth and sadly the last this year for me. They played one of my requests, too. (Old Haunts)

Brian said: "I'm going to give it back to you, we're having everybody sign it, then we'll give it back to you". So I guess he had made a sign.

I twittered Brian, made a sign, which I already had with me in Munich and which the band saw and recognised. After the Munich show I talked Alex R. into trying to convince Brian to do the song. And in Vienna we got the unique opportunity to watch the soundcheck, Alex remembered and Brian asked me which song that was I wanted to hear. But he was not sure if he could do it given that he hadn't performed it for nearly 2 years. He promised to try and asked again for an alternative. That's when I came up with Say I Won't. At the gig I was front row, they did recognised me and the sign ;o) and when Brian came out on his own for the encore I was kinda sure that he convinced himself to try. I gave him the sign where I wrote the lyrics on the back and he actually used it (its on his right on the amp - if you watch the video carefully you'll see him peeking down a few times). I was really overwhelmed and when they played Say I Won't as well I couldn't believe my luck! It was just a BRILLIANT gig!!!

Saw it already on Twitter ;o) Good luck with it! Try to get to first row - with the special treat of you playing harmonica I guess the chances are pretty good. But please make sure that someone films it!!!
