Toronto show July 14th, 2010

Did anyone go to this show? How was it? Anyone going to see them in Montreal?

I was there. It was solid, but not as good as the last two shows they played here. That's to be expected though since it's the first show of the tour and they're still figuring out how the new songs fit into the set.

The crowd at the front wasn't as rowdy as usual. They still looked like they had a blast, just a bit calmer than before.

Tim Barry was great too.

That sounds cool - I bought 4 VIP tickets to the show and wasn't able to make it! DAMN! Next time though, next time! I saw the cat empire instead in Quebec City where I live now. Off to see Social Distortion tonight and Rammsteing tomorrow!

I wish I could tell you the setlist. I didn't bother memorizing it because I figured it would be on here posted by someone by now. I know it started with Slang and I think went right into Lucky. They played most of the new songs except When We Were Young. I distinctly remember Boxer, AS, Lucky, Church Street, Bring it On, and maybe Orphans. They also played 59 Sound, Cowgirls, Lincoln, maybe Here's Looking At You Kid, and maybe Backseat (but my memory might be from the last show).
