Make a Gaslight Anthem Album out of existing songs

OK in some sort of weird hypothetical situation you are asked to pick 12 songs to make a Gaslight album BUT the catch is that the rest of the songs you don't pick will get erased from history. So basically you are picking the ultimate album and having to let some songs go. Also what would flow as an album?

And no weak answers of oh I can't choose

i like this, even though i'd probably would have chosen Blue Jeans & White T-shirts instead of Here's Looking at You Kid. i specially like She Loves You at the end, perfect way for an ending.

Can't do a whole album but I'd definatly have Say I Don't as the finale, superb ending IMO. Think they played it as a finale or finale before the encore in a gig or 2 I went to.

Just a perfect ending, upbeat, real sort of happy ending/bouncy song.

it was really tough to leave off Say I Won't, Orphans, and Here Lookin'
