New Song - "Bring It On" (still searching for audio)

You know, I don't really know what the story was behind that. Brian said that they couldn't play new songs because of that "apple guy" (Steve Jobs)... and then he said "someone's gonna get in trouble... no one up here." Maybe I had trouble following what he was saying, but I (and everyone I was with) was confused haha. Regardless, they did play it...
Had I not been there, I'd totally agree with you about waiting for the album to hear new material... Searching around for a less than awesome quality video of it just wouldn't give me the right "impact" that hearing it on the album would. But I say, it seems like it'll be worth waiting for =)

nice to see that other people are using setlist.fm! somebody went through and cleaned up a bunch of the gaslight shows a while back and i wondered if it was anyone from here

i'm totally kicking myself for not going now too
i ended up fedexing my ticket to a friend earlier in the week... hopefully she found someone who could use it

That's the movie I was thinking of haha.

But those lyrics sound right, especially the chorus. I'll vouch for it.

So I just asked deguasser11 who uploaded 4 songs from the show on youtube if he recorded the song and he said he changed memory cards during it!!! Just our luck.

and if the guys read this, please know that I am sure it's a great song, and that I love you still, but I am having fun with these covers (and there are plenty more dodgy ones with that title)

hey i like that horrorpops record...

im kinda bummed that nobody at the show seemed to have recorded it...but then again, its a good thing. i know i would rather wait to hear the finished version, if i couldnt be there to hear it live, anyways. and knowing my lack of will power, i would have given in and listened to the (likely poor quality) recording, had there been one.

the fact that they played a new song makes me more bummed that I couldn't go to that show. Hopefully he plays it at his solo shows.

Can't believe I missed this show :-\
I was going to go, remembered the night of the show "oh yeah, Gaslight Anthem is playing in NJ soon. I've gotta check the date". Show was starting when I found the date, and I live 2 hours away.

Say what you want about Vision, but he pretty much convinced the guys to play a new song. He was on the side stage and kept signaling something along the signs of "just one" (new one). At least that what it seemed like.
