Debuting last year at the St. Johns County Fairgrounds, the three-day Harvest of Hope Fest will return to the area March 12 to 14 [2010].
More than 17,000 concert-goers attended last year, providing financial and educational aid to migrant farmworkers all over the country.
Headliners for the multiple stage music festival are Against Me!, The National, Propagandhi, KRS One, The Mountain Goats, GZA (GENIUS), Bad Brains, Girl Talk, The Bouncing Souls, Less Than Jake, Lucero, The Gaslight Anthem and Kool Keith.
More than 150 acts already are scheduled. For a list of more performers, go to www.harvestofhopefest.com.
Discounted three-day tickets are available for $29.50 until the festival official line-up is announced.
Tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com or www.harvestofhopefest.com.
Proceeds from the charity fundraiser festival will benefit Harvest of Hope Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides emergency and educational aid to some of the hardest working and often overlooked people keeping our agricultural economy moving -- migrant farmworkers.
