| hardcore punk rockers, look away now ...
I came across Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros by way of a free promo enclosed with a CD order of mine. They are ... simply different. It's a kind of '60s throwback, folky, feelgood music, which has really got me enthralled.
The track to check out first, in my opinion, is 'Janglin'.

| The first song I listened to them was "Home", and I was completley hypnotized by the melody and joy in the tune. I then watched their performance of "Home" on Letterman, and it was easily the 2nd best letterman performance I have ever seen. 1st is the Gaslight performance | |

agree completely. they play Home on my favorite radio station (yes I listen to the radio... am I oldfashioned? haha) and i fell in love. they have a great sound | |
