The BMI equation was actually designed to make a rough determination of the food needs of a population. It was never intended to determine the health of an individual. (Just sayin')

Showing bones isn't a good health goal, however. It's a retarded health goal. Start lifting weights instead, because showing muscles is more healthy than showing bones, and more attractive to boot.

Single servings of stuff, lots of fruits/vegetables. Not much beef, but lean meat. Salads with little dressing, very little sweets, and under 1600 calories a day.
I need new friends. I posted a photo of my weight loss journey, and someone reported it as "offensive" on Facebook. Plus after Today, I honestly wish I could just reset my entire stupid, pathetic life.

Under 1600 calories a day is NOT good, man. You should at the very least eat 2000.
Vegetables and lean meats are great, but you're still eating too little.
People, help me make a decision. So in my town we have this giant community art show every year called Art All Night, and everybody is invited to display one and only piece of art work. It's next month and I'm trying to pick a photo to put in, but I can't decide. I narrowed down my top choices, so which one do you guys like best? https://www.flickr.com/photos/alyssajones37/sets/72157651346869895/

thats really hard...because every photo is great and is different from eacht other...so I would take the one which you like the most and give you the feeling to be the best
My favorite of all the images is the one of Brian, Benny, and Ian, but I think the one of Alex L in the dark is a technically better photo. The one of the Chrysler building probably has the most universal appeal and is the most potential to sell, but I'm really proud of all of them. *sigh* Decisions, decisions. :-/

the one of Alex L. is amazing... I really love it..but the other ones are also great ... so a decision is very hard...maybe you should take the one of Alex L.?

I like the Chrysler building the best, then the one of Brian. I like the band one cuz it's clear and you can see all the equipment, and the Alex L one is good but it's pretty dark
Well, that one is more about the composition, the color, and the shapes in it than the details. It's supposed to be dark. (It's the one I'm really leaning towards.) Thanks guys for your input.
