Waters is a band based in San Francisco formed by Van Pierszalowski (who had the band Port O'Brien before). I discovered them live in the first part of Nada Surf one year ago and this is one of my best discover of 2012.
They are currently working on a second album (can't wait).
I wanted to share that with you 'cause I think some of you could like that band.
Here are some songs of their first album, Out In The Light (not easy to pick some songs 'cause the whole album is awesome)

No one likes Waters? They had the same productor as The Two Gallants for their last album, so if someone liked The Bloom and the Blight...

he's the former singer of Port O'Brien, right ?!
i've seen two in-studio-sessions with them some years ago and really liked the sound so also got me their record "The Wind and The Swell" which is a good piece of interesting down-to-earth-music.
Than i came across Waters sometime, but didn't had the connection with them i had with Port O'Brien
any live sessions they did which i may check out?

Didn't know them, but now I really like Waters, thanks! You were right about Two Gallants.. I'm going to their concert in Hamburg next Wednesday! And now we know where your name comes from
