| Hey guys, I'm Rob, from Dublin Ireland, after several months of lurking the forums here I thought it was about time to actually register and say Hi.
Since Gaslight's last Irish gig was way back when I was studying in North-East England, tucked away from civilization, I only saw them for the first time this year (in KOKO London) and then quickly followed by my second (O2 Academy Birmingham last month), and just this morning booked 2 tickets for March in London, for my girlfriend's birthday.
I met Fallon before the Birmingham gig. I was making sure I could find the venue in the early afternoon since my hotel was miles away, and lo and behold I saw the tour bus around the side of the venue and a couple of people hanging around. Next thing Brian comes out for a smoke. He wasn't really a happy bunny so I left him to it. He shared a few words to excuse his mood but out of respect I won't go into details. Touring is obviously a stressful time etc.
I play in my own band and will post up a link at some point to our studio recordings for any interested parties.
