Hi everyone!

My name is Diana and I live in Sweden. Uhm, don't know what else to write about myself.
I like writing. And traveling. And music.

I've been a dedicated fan of The Gaslight Anthem since I first found a copy of "The 59th sound" in a local record-store. Since then I've been lucky enough to see them live twice, and have fallen a bit more in love with the music each time.
And now I can honestly say that The Gaslight Anthem is, by far, my favorite band.

Nice! Gothenburg is one of my favorite cities in Sweden. I lived there for a year when I went to the university. It sucks that Gaslight aren't coming here this fall though.

Hello! I'm Ollie; welcome to the forum!!

Hello, I am Shannon I am also new here. Just found this forum over the weekend. I have been a Gaslight fan for about a year. I love all their music. I don't really have a favorite song because every time I think one is my favorite then I hear another song and change my mind. I live in Nashville,TN and is considered the music capital of the world. If we are the music capital of the world where are all the good bands. I saw Gaslight here in July, but nothing on their next tour.

Var där främst för Rancid men Against Me! vann med hästlängder alltså, fyfan vad bra de var.

Yeah, it sure does! It would be awesome if they came and played a smaller venue, I've only seen them on mainstages at festivals.

Yeah, it sure does! It would be awesome if they came and played a smaller venue, I've only seen them on mainstages at festivals.

I stay at my parents' place outside of Katrineholm in Sörmland at the moment. I prefer Gothenburg though.
Yeah, I think club gigs works better for them. I hope they'll keep playing venues like Debaser and Brew House when they come back.

That is Gustav II Adolf the Great (also refered to as "The lion from the north" by Germans, Danes and other neighbors), a king of Sweden who revolutionized modern warfare (he basically invented Blitzkrieg 300 years before Nazi Germany started using it on the battlefield) and turned Sweden from a measly outpost in the north into an empire. Not that big, but still. He's also responsible for turning half of Germany into protestants.
