| Hiya! I've been lurking for a while, but finally decided to join up this week - mostly so I could show off my Ferris Wheel tattoo  As you might have guessed from the title, I live in Union, NJ and spend far too much time down the shore. Always appreciated the band but wasn't a hard core fanatic until I listened to Elsie. That sent me back to American Slang, and the rest is history. I can't wait to hear the new album, and I'm hoping against hope there might be a live show soon - before they head overseas. | |

| Man, that looks sweet! Yeah, definitely has an airbrushed quality to it. Oh, and I guess the artist will have to check out Gaslight! Crazy...hopefully he's heard of Bruce Springsteen. haha Oh, and I love that line... can't remember for the life of me what song that's from even though I've heard it probably 100 times.  (I'm thinking Backseat tho...?) | |

| Hehe...he HAS heard of Springsteen. I had him color it to match the Ferris Wheel at Seaside Heights, and he did a really nice job. And the lyric (with a minor alteration) is from Backseat... (it was a christmas gift/promise to my sweetheart...) And in the wild desert sun, we drove straight on through the night. We rode a fever out of Boston. Dreamed of California nights. Come July, we'll ride the Ferris Wheel. Go round and round and round. And If you never let me go, well I will never let you down. | |
