| What are the correct lyrics for the second verse of drive? I have always heard:
But in my heart, I'm the weary kind
Though it's sad enough for tears
It's been dropping dry for years
When the next year comes along
I don't know if i'll be home
I don't know if we'll survive
mostly concerned with the third line there. any help would be appreciated thanks! | |

| For some reason I've always heard it as "we may drive and drive for years." But then again I don't have the album notes, so I may be completely wrong. But yeah, everything else sounds right, that third line is the only mysterious one. | |

| I hear "try fail try for years," but I am.... biased (?) in the sense that I know those are the lyrics, so I hear them easily.
But man, wow, this version of the song is gorgeous. | |

Hey, nobody's perfect. Really, I've been meaning to buy their entire discography (I only have AS, right now), but I've been putting it off. But I guess SoS, SatQ, and T59S can't cost more than $30-40 on Amazon, so I really have no excuse. | |
