Absolutely awesome show last night!!! This was my sixth show this year (after the Fillmore, Providence, Boston, Stone Pony, Radio City) and everytime I see these guys I feel they are playing better. Loved the venue as well, it had such a funky feel and the sound was amazing!!! The setup actually reminded me a little bit of the Fillmore, which was one of my favorite shows. I also found it interesting how they have really started to mix up the order of the setlist. Both openers were very strong, probably the best combination I have seen so far. And it was great how much the crowd supported them. Some people above were talking about comparisons to shows in the States. I think they only thing that got lost last night a little bit were the references to places in Jersey that didn't get the same response. But I don't think the band would expect that playing outside that area. The crowd participation and enthusiasm totally made up for that. And Brian's "Bruce face" was priceless.

just read your review on last.fm =) it's cool that you also saw the show in munich, i was thinking about going there too, but chose to see biffy in prague instead, but also because the show in munich was sold out quite early. comparing the shows in munich and vienna, which one did you like more?
if all that you wrote really happened, then i'm a little envious of you

\ We'll the idea came up in me when I played it (check http://soundcloud.com/stefan-kollee/red-at-night if you want to hear it). I've already requested it on Brians twitter and I'll make a sign too. I will be bringing my harmonica with me, just in case he need it !
I was thinking about bringing an "I was an Orphan before I was ever the son of these songs" sign with me to Tilburg next friday, but I don't quite know yet haha
