Opened for Papa Roach?

Someone told me tonight they think TGA opened for Roach at a Starland gig. Anyone know if there's any truth to this?

I have seen awesome bands open for horrible bands. Any exposure is good when you are starting out. That being said, I don't buy it.

they opened for Thursday (along with Circa Survive) at Starland on Dec 31 2007. maybe your friend is getting his shows mixed up.

I actually would have loved that show...Thursday is one of the few emo (i hate that term and so does thursday, from what i've read) bands that I still can listen to, without embarassing myself. They were solid.

Thursday's split with Envy (from Japan not the crappy one) is also pretty good. I'd check it out if you still dig em. Hopefully going to their Full Collapse 10th anniversary show at the Starland in December.

Also, highly doubt that they opened up for Papa Roach....
